	the -only- people who really -NEED- to have reachability to all people are direct marketers.
	And they are in the class of communications I have no desire to receive - ever.
	There are only a small handful of scenarios that I can envision that would require the
	ability for everyone on the planet to communicate with everyone else on the planet.
