Michael, I am happy to see folks from Europe participating in this 
forum. Your experience in Poland, Hillar's experience in Estonia, etc. 
are all invaluable.

Bill Manning and Rob Slade are making your wishes happen, and I wonder 
what your take is on how they are defining the terminology in this thread.
